Definitions

"We", "Us", "The Event" or "Griffish Isles" all refer to the event Griffish Isles and its committee.

"Attendee" refers to anyone who purchases a ticket and participates in the convention.

"Child" or "children" for these purposes is anyone under 16.

"Party" refers to the live music event taking place on the Saturday evening.

"Vendor" is anyone who pays for a table and sells items at Griffish Isles. Doing so without buying a table is prohibited.

"Badge" refers to the paper in the laminated pouch you're given upon entry.

"Merch" refers to the items you buy as part of a VIP or Gold ticket.

You can buy tickets through our online ticketing site, if you have any issues buying please contact us at info@griffishisles.uk as we can't guarantee you can buy on the door. In exceptional circumstances, you might be able to buy on the door.

VIP, Gold, and Spirit tickets come with merch. Only in the case of Spirit tickets will these items be posted to you - all other items are collected at the event itself. If you can't attend but still want to keep your ticket to support us (thank you!), we can arrange to have your merch sent out. Only the person named on the ticket can collect their own merch, we don't allow people to pick up on behalf of other people. If you decide to change your merch (for example you'd like a different size shirt), we cannot make any promises that we'll have it in stock.

Resale of tickets is prohibited. Tickets can however be transferred

We reserve the right to remove you from the premises and prohibit you from attending future conventions should you break our rules of conduct. We may not refund your ticket if this happens.

When you get your badge, you must display it at all times. If you lose your badge, please go to the registration desk for a new one.
